Beverage Logistics Coordinator

Tschudi Logistics is currently looking for a Beverage Transport Coordinator to join our Oslo office in a temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment. You will become part of a small, experienced and highly dedicated team where collaboration, knowledge sharing and customer service are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious and eager to develop within international transport and supply chain management.

Your responsibilities

As Beverage Transport Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers to coordinate the daily flow of beverage shipments. Your tasks will include:

• Planning and coordinating international beverage transports across Europe.
• Managing transport bookings and communicating with carriers, warehouses and customers.
• Handling customs documentation and other import/export formalities.
• Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Preparing transport documentation and administrative follow-up.
• Supporting customers with transport-related enquiries and providing excellent service.
• Working closely with colleagues in Oslo, Rotterdam and across the Tschudi Logistics network.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding or administration (experience from beverage logistics is an advantage but not a requirement).
• Is structured, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Enjoys working in a team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Has strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Is comfortable using digital systems and enjoys learning new tools.
• Is proactive, service-minded and eager to develop professionally.
