Logistics Coordinator

Tschudi Logistics Finland is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Helsinki.

About the Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing international transport operations while developing long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners. You will coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficient execution, high service quality and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Working in a small and agile team, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both daily operations and future business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international freight movements across sea, road, air and rail.
• Manage transport operations from quotation through execution to final delivery.
• Maintain close communication with customers, carriers, agents and suppliers worldwide.
• Prepare quotations and identify the most efficient logistics solutions for customers.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Handle transport documentation, customs coordination and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Tschudi Logistics network to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within freight forwarding, project logistics or international transport.
• Experience with ocean freight, road transport and multimodal logistics.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach to your work.
