FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND DECENT WORKING CONDITIONS

Tschudi Group is committed to respecting fundamental human rights and ensuring decent working conditions in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act. This commitment is embedded in the Group’s Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, and Personnel Handbook, which establish clear expectations for ethical behavior, non-discrimination, and safe and fair working conditions across all operation sand business relationships. As our Group operates in several geographical markets, we have adapted a combination of local regulations and international standards and practices for good corporate governance, including ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 27001:2023.

In line with the Act and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct, Tschudi Group conducts due diligence assessments to identify, assess, and address actual and potential adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. This includes mapping supply chains, evaluating risks, and implementing appropriate measures to prevent, mitigate, or remediate identified risks.

The Group works systematically to monitor the effectiveness of these measures through regular evaluations, audits, and stakeholder dialogue. Identified risks—such as potential labor rights violations, discrimination, or insufficient health and safety standards—are followed up through targeted actions and continuous improvement processes.

Tschudi Group is committed to transparency in this work and publishes annual statements in accordance with the Act. The Group also maintains procedures for handling information requests and engaging openly with stakeholders regarding how it addresses actual and potential impacts on human rights and working conditions.
