Beverage and Logistics Manager

From our strategically located operations in Oslo and Rotterdam, we provide solutions covering transport, customs handling, warehousing and distribution across Europe.

We are currently looking for an experienced Beverage and Logistics Manager to join our Oslo office. You will become part of a small, experienced and dedicated team, working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the Tschudi Logistics network.

We are looking for someone who understands the day-to-day realities of logistics and freight forwarding and is comfortable taking ownership of shipments from planning through delivery. Experience with customs clearance is important, and fluency in Norwegian is a requirement.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate national and international transports.
• Manage bookings and communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses and other suppliers.
• Handle customs clearance, customs documentation and import/export formalities.
• Monitor shipments and proactively manage any challenges or delays.
• Prepare transport documentation and ensure accurate administrative follow-up.
• Support customers with logistics-related enquiries and provide a high level of service.
• Work closely with colleagues in Oslo and across our international network.

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience within logistics, transport or freight forwarding.
• Has practical knowledge and experience with customs clearance and customs procedures.
• Is fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken – this is a requirement.
• Has good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Is structured and able to manage several shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Takes ownership, works independently and enjoys being part of a team.
• Is proactive, solution-oriented and service-minded.
• Is comfortable working with digital transport and logistics systems.
