Role Overview

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will expand our commercial footprint, identify new opportunities, and build long‑term strategic relationships across international markets. This senior, hands‑on role combines strategic impact with operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth - identify and pursue market opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and execute targeted sales strategies and account plans.
  • Build strong cooperation with international offices and partners.
  • Represent Tschudi Logistics at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent and proven track record from a similar role in international business development in logistics, shipping, or project cargo.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability and experience building senior‑level relationships and close strategic accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for business meetings, client visits, and industry events.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient Swedish language skills, written and spoken, required.
