Operational Manager – Offshore Equipment & Services

Tschudi Ship Management is launching a new service in collaboration with a strategic partner and are seeking an experienced OPERATIONAL MANAGER to lead, shape and maintain this exciting initiative. This is a unique opportunity to build something new from the ground up and keep it running, with full ownership of operations, team development, and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective operation and maintenance of marine equipment
• Oversee service and maintenance agreements
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting teams - remotely and on-site
• Identify and implement improvements to the equipment/appliances with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive competency development across the team

You know it is for you, if you have previously enjoyed any of the following:

• Managing ROV operations (maintenance, deployment, data analysis)
• Coordinating subsea crane operations and team, maintenance and spares' management
• Leading offshore equipment rental services (winches, hydraulic power packs, gangway systems)
• Overseeing subsea project execution with a focus on safety and timeliness
• Commissioning and maintaining trenching or survey equipment, including data analysis for planning
