‍Location: Oslo, Norway or Tallinn, Estonia. Regardless of base, the role will require a strong presence in both our Tallinn and Oslo offices.

About us

Tschudi Ship Management is part of the Tschudi Group, a family-owned Norwegian group of companies with a maritime tradition dating back to 1883. Tschudi Ship Management is currently represented in Estonia, Norway, Ukraine, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus and Madeira. We deliver technical, commercial and crew management services to ship-owners worldwide, always with a ship-owner’s approach. Our team has extensive experience in worldwide operations of specialized vessels. In addition to our day-to-day technical management of a diverse fleet we are currently engaged in conversion projects and managing charter-specific upgrades in close collaboration with our shipowner clients. Recruiting and retaining quality crew is core to our activities. As a small but dynamic team, we prioritize operational excellence, safety, and tailor-made services for our clients.

Our new CEO will head and strengthen these services.  

The role

We are looking for an experienced maritime leader with a proven track record to take the helm of Tschudi Ship Management. As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in taking our ship management company to the next level and will be given considerable autonomy to define and execute a growth strategy. The CEO of Tschudi Ship Management will be member of the management team in the Tschudi Group and, in this capacity, report directly to the Group CEO.  

Areas of responsibility:

• Lead our ship management team and activities to deliver excellent performance, guided by Tschudi Group values  

• Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy. Prioritize sales initiatives, expanding market presence and securing new contracts for our ship management services

• Play an active role in furthering synergies with other Tschudi Group companies
