Project Sales Manager

Our logistics department in Tallinn is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Sales Manager.‍

As our new Project Sales Manager in Tallinn, you will get the opportunity to grow our customer base and to develop the office within the framework of our successful and well-established brand. Tschudi Logistics Group provides multimodal solutions within the field of project logistics and conventional freight forwarding.

You, as Project Sales Manager, will be expected to play a pivotal part in further developing our client base, but also handle the operational part of the logistics projects. We have a well-established portfolio of impressive projects – see more here.

Your main tasks will be:

-         Maintaining and expanding the customer base;

-         Providing complex project transport solutions to our customers

-         Driving close communication with subcontractors

We collaborate daily with our co-workers in the Tschudi Group at our offices situated all over Europe. To ensure that you get the support needed you will be working in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Tschudi Logistics Group and you will receive backup from our Group Communications Director.

‍What we expect

As you will be handling complex project logistics, the position requires that you are an educated forwarder, liner agent, or equivalent. Further, you must have at least 5 years’ experience from the industry – experience with management of employees and/or key accounts is a plus.

As a person you must be entrepreneurial, motivated, curious and have the necessary personal resources to grow the Tschudi Logistics brand in Estonia.

Note that we pay exceptionally high attention to our customer satisfaction, which entails that you must understand the importance of building, maintaining, and upholding close relations to clients. On large projects we are present on site to safeguard that everything runs smoothly – therefore, you must have the ability to travel when needed.    

As our Project Sales Manager you must:

-         Have knowledge of logistics, supply chain and operations management and transportation;

-         Have excellent English skills, both verbally and written;

-         Be proactive, accurate and flexible;

-         Have good communication and negotiation skills.
