Interested in joining our professional ship management team?

Duties:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menues and recipes
  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices and health and safety
  • Managing and training any Assistant Cooks and Stewards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Culinary School Diploma
  • 2-3 years from a similar position with the hotel or shipping industry
  • Knowledge of Food Health and Safety regulations
  • Knowledge of European and international cuisine
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work alone and as a part of a team
  • Good English language command
